helen & jamie - november 2009

Helen & Jamie were married in the gardens late november. I have included some of my favourites from their day.
Helen looked just beautiful and her dress was extraordinary!

above: probably the only confetti shot I will ever get to take (Helens family wasnt aware you were not supposed to throw it in the gardens) I am pleased they did

above: Helen and Jamie, the newly married couple

above: the japanese tea house area at the gardens is a very used location in Gladstone by many photographers for many types of shoots. It is a fantastic location and I love that it looks different almost everytime I go there!

above: a long shot

above: I love bamboo!

above: Helen and Jamie are so sincere, it was easy to capture moments like this

above: at the marina

above: I believe simplicity is best when it comes to wedding pics - after all it is about the couple not the surroundings so much

above: The Marina. Helen had hoped for some beautiful sunset shots. Unfortunately the skies did not deliver on the day, as there was thick cloud.

above: Kullaroo House is a popular choice for wedding couples also

It was a real pleasure to be apart of Helen and Jamies wedding day

Tai & Jason @ Rydges Resort Yeppoon November 2009

Robyn and went to Yeppoon for Tai and Jasons wedding in November. This wedding was gorgeous and he first time I had been to Rydges so it was something I was looking forwards too

above: one of their beautiful children Erin. She is a real poser!

above: taken near the chapel in the garden. It was quite dry at rydges - well it was dry everywhere in November. The beautiful light in these shots is quite lovely

Sarah & Nathan - November 2009

Sarah and Nathans wedding day! Robyn and I had a lot of fun with this wedding, such a gorgeous couple and an overcast day - what more could we ask for.. you may also recognise one of the bridesmaids, Kirsty, we photographer her wedding earlier in the year.
Sarah looked completely stunning and I am sharing just a few pics of her day with you :)

Gina & Andrew - 31st October 2009

Gina and Andrews wedding did not get off to the greatest start with gorgeous bride being sick! Gina was getting ready across the road from my studio, she had to knock on my door to let me know she was ducking off to the hospital to get a shot at the time the pre-wedding shots were supposed to start..
As bad as the day started for Gina, she really did well and looked radiant in all her pics despite the sickness. I really enjoyed being apart of their day

above: Gina looked stunning!

above: gorgeous flower girls. Little Milly on the right made my day when I asked her what her flowers smelled like, she told me peanut butter!

Thank you Gina & Andrew for choosing me to photograph your wedding :)
